With the Flash captured, Mason assembles a team of Wally's friends and searches for the Scarlet Speedster. Can this mismatched ensemble find the missing hero and out step the Turtle?

As the Turtle holds Wally West in a stasis field in his base below Keystone City, Mason Trollbridge assembles a group of Wally's friends to search for him. At first the mismatched group seems to be making a mess of things, but one-by-one they reveal that they have actually been putting on a show to fool the Turtle. The defeated villain blows up his own headquarters (and possibly himself) leaving his abused assistant Turtle-Man to take the fall--and finally get credit for his role in the Turtle's schemes.
